Bethany Kay got her wit from thirteen years of Catholic school, her smirk from her Jersey family, and her curves from a very healthy love of her mom's tortellini with lemon cream sauce.When she's not working on shows like Boardwalk Empire, Difficult People, Gotham, and Dietland, she is probably creating some devised theatre and clowning projects with friends or lending her business sense to any number of coaching clients she helps to make sense of this show business life: current clients have appeared on Broadway and in regional houses as well as on significant arcs onscreen. Jayme Woj
Jayme is an actor, independent filmmaker, and fight choreographer. At times he also sings while covered in body paint as his musical alter ego, maybesoon. Acting credits include Gravesend (Amazon), Heartbeat (NBC), Underemployed (MTV), The cult horror film, "The Diabolical," and Hamlet at The Globe Theatre.As a filmmaker, Jayme has produced multiple independent films and mini-series. He also loves helping and encouraging other actors to make their own projects.Jayme currently serves as an instructor and fight coordinator at Action Hero Academy. Microfilms are 2-4 minute short films produced to showcase your unique you.
CutAbove Studios produces “festival-worthy” microfilms for actors. Our independent filmmakers are here to help you shine in your own original 2-4 minute short film.Our focus is to create microfilms that include dynamic dialogue and multiple camera setups to both showcase you AND tell a compelling story.
Actors use their microfilms in multiple ways.Many actors include clips from their microfilm in their acting reels, on casting profiles, and to promote themselves on social media.Other actors have screened their microfilm at film festivals and/or partnered with streaming services/blogs/websites to feature their microfilm online.

Microfilm Consultation
Meet with a CutAbove consultant to discuss your goals as an actor and how your microfilm can best showcase your unique you.
Original Script
Microfilm scripts are 2-4 minutes long and written by a CutAbove staff writer based on feedback you provide at your Consultation.
Professional Shoot
Microfilm shoots last 2-4 hours and include a crew of CutAbove independent filmmakers. Two clients may choose to work together on a microfilm or we can pair you with another actor from our roster.
Deliverables
Every package includes a full edit of your microfilm and a 30-60 second cut to use on your reel or as a clip on your acting profiles.

You are the star of your own film. We provide everything, including a professional actor to be your co-star.
Partner Package
$575 (per actor) *
Our Partner Package is for actors who would like to act with a friend in their Microfilm. Both actors are equally featured. You bring yourselves and your wants, we provide everything else!
* Deluxe locations, additional coaching, makeup artists, and more are available for an additional fee.
